If the kit isn't useful to you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full $9. You don't need to give a reason, and you can keep the files you already downloaded.
How to request a refund
- Reply to your purchase receipt, or email the support address on it.
- Include the email address you used at checkout, or your order reference.
- We aim to reply within two business days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears within 5–10 business days. Your private download link is deactivated once the refund is issued.
Important
We refund the price of the kit only. We cannot refund or influence any fee charged by a state unclaimed-property office, and finding no money in a state search is normal — official searches are always free, so nothing is lost there.
Affiliate commissions
A refunded order earns no commission. If a commission was already marked pending for a refunded order, it is reversed.
Abuse
We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeat purchase-and-refund cycles or redistribution of the files.
